I was sleep-deprived and very anxious

When my son was born, like most mothers, I was sleep-deprived and very anxious. I had a difficult time falling asleep at night and getting back to sleep each time that I woke up with my son which was every 2 hours.

Good morning from Spain. I like to share with you my story this morning.

Here up in the mountains, we have winds, that cause me headaches. It is the same Atlantic winds that used to cause me a headache when I lived in England on the Wirral.

And have to take care of what kind of medicine I take as I’m not allowed to take ibuprofen, aspirin, or similar painkillers.

This new extra relief formula is really changing my life
